Sync build artifacts to S3?

Situation

The frontend build pipeline needs to deploy static assets to the production CDN bucket after all tests pass.

Environment

The S3 bucket cdn.production.internal serves static assets for the main application. Assets are served through CloudFront with an Origin Access Identity. The bucket itself is not public.
